When do ornaments ship?Depending on the design and any added customization, creating your ornament will usually take roughly two weeks from start to finish. This includes creating, firing, glazing and preparing to ship. If you have a specific time line that you are trying to meet, please include that in the notes and I will do my best to accommodate. If shipping as a gift to a different person/location please include all necessary shipping information and a customized message for the included card. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Are there other glaze colors to choose from?All ornaments are offered in a handful of standard glaze colors, as indicated in the drop down menu alongside each item. Certain ornaments will have additional standard color choices if it is a popularly requested color. For even more color options, check out the Custom Orders page and use the form there to request a certain ornament in one of the unique colors shown. If you still don't see what you're looking for, message me and I'll see if I can find someting that fits your vision!

Will my ornament always look exactly like the one pictured?Even though each piece is made using the same process, the glazes will always react to the firing process in a unique way. You can always expect your piece to be one of a kind.

How do I customize my order?On many ornaments I can add a name or even a short message to make your item truly personal. The ability to customize depends on several factors (the ornament size, shape, pattern, length of name or message, etc.). Click the Custom Orders button above and share your idea - I’ll do my best to make it work!

What is your return policy?Your satisfaction is my top priority. I love what I do and I want you to love what you receive. Due to the unique nature of the creative process, I will gladly exchange any item that did not meet your expectations. All returns must be within 14 days of delivery (return shipping at the buyer's expense). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
